Pasafest Event Materials
The primary challenge of this piece was to create a series of simple elements that could be used across many different formats.
I was provided several images of Pasaquan and St. Eom, the artist who created Pasaquan. I became enthralled with the image of St. Eom with his hands upward which I read as a symbolic gesture that he would do no harm. A fitting image for the Pasafest name whose origin was from the term pacifist.
Expanding on the this image, I incorporated a bright color palette that mimicked the colors found at the Pasaquan site. The typography reflected the new age, hippie atmosphere of the music festival and Pasaquan site. To learn more about Pasaquan, visit their website.
